The three hour session will teach you everything you need to get up and going on your SUP, how to stand, turn, stop and how to get back on safely if you fall off – it happens to us all!
You will need to bring your freshly bought SUP, and if you have one a Buoyancy Aid, if not, we can provide buoyancy aids.
You will need clothing suitable to the day, maybe sunscreen if the summer is baking the pavements, and be willing to get your clothing (and yourself) wet.
