Over the weekend I attended a Paddle Sport Leader assessment. PSL

I had a great day, learning a lot, and did not pass the assessment.

This lead me to some thoughts. 4 weeks ago I did the training for this course, came away thinking that was quite easy and straightforward. Roll on assessment and I bombed. I was so unprepared it was painful.

My thoughts, did the training provider fail to train at the right level?

Did the assessor assess at the right level?

Did I massively screw up?

I have some thoughts, and opinions.

I will be back, and next time I will pass.
